In late 2021 Belinda was awarded the 2021 APW Collie Print Trust Printmaking Fellowship award to undertake a printmaking residency at the Australian Print Workshop. This award allowed Belinda to undertake an ambitious new series of prints under the masterful printers at the APW working in etching, litho and woodcut.
The APW is a not-for-profit workshop in the heart of Fitzroy, Victoria and has a rich 40 year history of supporting leading artists to produce high quality limited edition prints.
In total 3 editioned prints and 12 monoprints were created, and on June 11 they will be officially launched at The Australian Print Workshop gallery. To be opened by Dr. Thomas Middlemost, Director of Charles Sturt University Art Collection and respected scholar on the monotype print medium. I hope you can all make it along. This will be the first official opening for the APW in two years (post pandemic) so lets all get along and celebrate! For more details go to Exhibition page
